Dr Natalie Taft graduated from Monash University Medicine in 1985. She completed a certificate in Family Planning in 1989 and worked in the Department of Community Medicine, Monash University, during which time she was involved with teaching medical students. Natalie joined Glen Iris Medical Group in 1992 and became a partner in 1995.

Dr Jenny Alexander graduated from Monash University Medicine in 1985. Following her intern year, she worked in general practice and emergency medicine. Jenny then moved into medical and general journalism, as a writer and sub-editor. After returning to medicine in 2011, she achieved FRACGP in 2015 and has a Certificate of Family Planning. Jenny joined the practice in 2018.

Dr Min Teo

Our Nurses

Peta Bond
Peta BondRegistered nurse and nurse immuniser
Peta has extensive nursing experience and further education and qualifications in wound care, immunisation, ear syringing, health assessments, and chronic disease management.  Peta works full time and oversees the nursing services offered at GIMG.
Laura Voss
Laura VossRegistered nurse and nurse immuniser
Laura has extensive experience in emergency medicine and is a qualified nurse immuniser.

Laura can provide all nursing services provided at GIMG including, spirometry, ear syringing, chronic disease management, health assessments, wound care and immunisation.

Fiona Shvemer
Fiona ShvemerRegistered nurse
Fiona works part time and has a special interest in Asthma, COPD and Spirometry and Diabetes lifestyle education.
She is also skilled in chronic disease management and preventative health checks.

Nikki joined the practice as manager in 2006.  Prior to joining the team at GIMG, Nikki managed a practice in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia for 6 years.

Rose, Devora, Steph, Maria, Rose, Talia, Lucy, Irene, Bec, Ella, Gemah, Amy – We are fortunate to have very experienced and caring reception staff.  Our staff undergo regular training in triage, infection control, and CPR.
